My digital publishing career started in 1979. At the University of Lagos, Nigeria. In my Thermodynamics class of 300 undergraduates; more than 90% of the students were struggling. I volunteered to seek solutions to their learning difficulties. I used an R&D funnel to bootstrap my new teaching methods. The result was an INCREASE in the class Value-Added. The Class Average Score improved from 35% to 87%. Since then I've shared this technique in fourteen countries and the results never sieze to amaze me. For me in 1979 it was my immediate community of 300 undergraduates studying Thermodynamics. 0ver 90% of them were struggling with one learning difficulty or another. Me too! I'd like to align myself with my customer's struggle, better still through funnels I'd go further and provide a way out.
